All our coffee are served with our own speciality and organic-certified Ethiopian coffee adot coffee, from the birthplace of coffee. You rather like the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony? We have you covered.
Rahel loves cooking and hosting people. Our family and friends would always ask her to pursue her passion. The first steps were a picnic with friends, followed by a stand at Markthalle Neun and pop ups at various restaurants, including Frühstück 300, Café Bravo and plant base among others.
We cook with a lot of love and unique ingredients from Ethiopia. It’s important for us, for people to experience the rich Ethiopian culture not only through its diverse and flavorful dishes, but also through its coffee, music, scripture, artifacts, fabrics and more.
